Terms & Conditions

1. The conversation

ConvoCasa offers one-to-one online conversations with Michelle. It’s space to think out loud, explore ideas and hear a different perspective.

This is not therapy, coaching, consulting, dating or companionship. It does not provide medical, mental health, legal or financial advice, and is not an emergency or crisis service.

There is no programme to follow or promised outcome. Your decisions remain yours. You must be aged 18 or over to book.

2. Bookings and payment

Sessions last 45 minutes and cost USD 225, unless a different price is clearly shown before payment. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be disclosed before you pay.

Payment is required to confirm your booking. Please check the date, time and time zone in your confirmation. Each booking is for one person and one conversation, with no ongoing commitment.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

With at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule without charge or cancel for a full refund.

For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments, a cancellation charge may apply, up to the session price. It will reflect the reasonable loss caused by the cancellation, taking account of any costs saved or replacement booking.

If an emergency affects your attendance, please contact Michelle as soon as possible at hello@convocasa.com.

If Michelle cancels, you may choose a new appointment or a full refund.

4. Late arrivals and connection problems

If you arrive late, the conversation will usually still finish at the scheduled time.

If a connection problem prevents a meaningful conversation, we’ll agree on a fair solution, such as completing the remaining time, rescheduling or providing an appropriate refund.

5. Respectful conduct

Respectful conversation is essential. Sexual advances, harassment, threats, abusive behaviour or requests to assist with illegal activity may result in the session ending immediately and future bookings being declined.

Any amount retained following termination will be proportionate to the service provided and reasonable loss caused, subject to your legal rights.

6. Confidentiality and recording

Michelle will treat the conversation as confidential and will not share its content without your permission, except where legally required or where reasonably necessary to respond to a serious and imminent risk of harm.

Conversations are not legally privileged.

Neither party may record, transcribe or use an AI meeting assistant during the session without the other’s express agreement.

7. Personal information

Booking and payment information is handled using providers such as Calendly and Stripe. Our Privacy Notice explains what information we collect, how we use it and how to contact us about your information.

8. Questions and consumer rights

If you have a concern about your booking or conversation, contact hello@convocasa.com so we can work towards a fair resolution.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

By booking, you agree to the terms presented to you before payment.

ConvoCasa is operated by Michelle Moffatt.
